- Music purchased from me, is royalty free. This means that after paying a one-time fee for a user license, you can use the music you've purchased as many times as you wish for as long as you like in accordance with the terms stated in the license agreement. You never have to pay any additional royalty fees based on usage.
- As soon as your payment is received the music you have purchased will be sent to you via the internet or by post depending on the size of the music files. That's all there is to it!
- I can supply my music in different format for example .wav, .aif, .m4v, .mp3 etc.
- This license permits you to use the music in a personal or professional context. Music composed by Martin Kruit may not be sold by itself, transferred, shared, leased, or given away to any other party and the license may not be subleased to a third party. It cannot be resold except to the extent that is is embedded in your own work as part of a finished end product. You may not market the music as your own even if you add other instruments or a voice to the music.
- With your purchase, you get a permanent, non-exclusive license to utilize the music for television and radio programs (excluding TV and radio advertising) and in any type of New Media Project such as Flash animations, website background music, Podcasts, video blogs etc. You are also welcome to use it for television advertising, radio advertising and commercial movies provided you obtain an expanded license required for this type of commercial use.
- You do not actually own the music. The copyright to the music remains the property of Martin Kruit. What you do own is a license allowing you to use the music for your projects and purposes in accordance with the license agreement.
- I can compose original music for you. Quotes are available upon request. Please email your inquiry and requirements with all pertinent details to info@martinkruit.com. I will respond as soon as possible.
